February is Black History Month
What do you know about Black History month? How do you celebrate? We have curated a few ideas and thoughts on how each of us can take part in educating ourselves and others in a Black History Month journey. As part of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leadership we have found a few things to help guide you this month. We've polled and assembled movies, books and other ways you can participate in Black History month.
Whether your looking to educate yourself, celebrate or just engage in conversations - we hope you will begin with a few of our ideas. As well, we would love to hear how you celebrated and what you have learned during Black History Month. Remember education is but a journey - each of us are on our own path. Ignorance is not bliss.
